Youth4Jobs helps companies build an inclusive workforce. The team are pioneers in this sector with over a decade experience of working with governments, companies, and rural communities . They identify, motivate, train basis demands of the market, inviting companies to recruit the youth and mentoring youth in their new work place. The focus is on PwDs (Persons with Disability), girls, scheduled caste youth and youth from underprivileged families.
NAB India, Centre for Blind Women & Disability Studies
NAB Centre for women is one of a kind unit of National Association for Blind India which aims at empowerment and rehabilitation of visually challenged women. The Centre provides unconventional type of training to both educated and uneducated visually challenged women, to help them gain professional skills and get absorbed into the workforce or take up higher education by joining premier Universities or resume career after a huge gap triggered by their disability.
Sarthak Educational Trust
Sarthak has its presence across 16 centers in India. Through its Early Intervention and Inclusive Education initiative Sarthak has rehabilitated children with disability. Sarthak Skill Development Centres, has trained over 7000 PwD’s candidates in the sectors of Tourism & Hospitality, Organized Retail, and IT-ITes. It conducts job fairs across 21 states to provide employment opportunity to those PwD’s candidates who are already skilled. Through Job fairs and skill centers 10,000 PwD’s have been provided employment so far.
Samarthanam Trust for the Disabled is a National Award winning NGO established in the year 1997 by Founder Managing Trustee Mahantesh G Kivadasannavar and his schoolmate and childhood friend, Late. Nagesh SP. Samarthanam which works for the empowerment of persons with disabilities and the underserved. Samarthanam caters to people in need by providing plethora of services including quality education, accommodation, nutritious food, vocational training, sports and placement based rehabilitation. The initiatives of Samarthanam strive towards creating opportunities for them to keep pace with the rest of the society.
